The first publication from a student of the Research Master Gerontological Sciences is a fact!
Eveline Raemdonck published a systematic review on “Giving voice to informal caregivers of community-dwelling older adults: A systematic review of empowerment interventions ( in Health Soc Care Community. 2022 Jul 28. doi: 10.1111/hsc.13928)” with her promoters Prof Ellen Gorus and Prof Nico De Witte.
The Research Master in Gerontological Sciences (°2019-2020) offers a specific training trajectory to those excellent students who want to build up an academic career in the field of Gerontology. During this 2-year academic training the students have to write a systematic review, an original research article and a research proposal on a gerontological topic.
