Sam Vanhuynegem

Sam started a self-funded PhD in 2023. His research focuses on the living conditions of older persons and their influence on depression and depressive symptoms. He works under the supervision of prof. dr. Ellen Gorus and prof. dr. Nico De Witte. 

Sam holds the following degrees: a master's in Gerontology and a bachelor's in Occupational Therapy.
