Biography
Prof dr Grace Marie V. Ku is a public health expert, a family and community medicine physician-specialist and a health researcher and academician. She has extensive background and experience in health systems, health policy & health development; in strategic and quality management systems; in quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods in international health research; and in bioethics. At the VUB, she leads the course on organizational and intercultural aspects of ageing in the Research Masters in Gerontology. For the FRIA group, she provides health systems lenses on organization of elderly care, in quality of care for chronic conditions, in multisectoral engagement for co-creation and co-production, and in translating research results into policy and practice.
