Elke De Smedt

In 2014, Elke graduated as a physiotherapist and since then she has been working as an independent physiotherapist in a private practice where she prefers to work with older adults. 

Since 2023, she has been a research assistant in the FRIA research group a on the ACTIVE-AGE@home project. In this project, an exercise program is provided for frail older adults in their home environment. As the research assistant on this project she is responsible for the assessments.
